In the years when I was seriously studying piano, I gave two solo recitals, one in 1983 and the other in 1984. I’ve located the video from the 1983 recital, and have included it here. It’s fun to go back and see how far I’ve progressed in the ensuing years. I was a scared-to-death performer back then. The numerous breaks, repeated measures, and continuously accelerating temp, show just how difficult it was for me to play in front of people. Enjoy!
